Practice Schedule Changes
Upcoming Practice Changes for November 25- December 11th
- No PRACTICE this Sunday, November 27 2016 for AGE GROUP and DEVELOPMENTAL swimmers due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
- Time Trials for AGE GROUP swimmers at 7am on Sunday, December 11 2016. DEVELOPMENTAL swimmers will have a final regular practice at 8am, and may have a chance to swim a length and show off their new skills after the time trials. More details to follow.
Coaches Notes
- Developmentals are on their way to swimming a full length of the pool! Congratulations swimmers!!
- After a weekend away at the PALM Thanksgiving Turkey Invite in South Carolina; Naomi, Dora-Marie and Athalia all fought to drop time! Way to go the distance ladies!
- Strokes and Starts have come a long way since September. Peek in to see your child’s improvements!

GMST Holiday party!
On Sunday December 11th, GMST will have their holiday party. This is a great chance for us to gather outside of the pool, eat some great food, and play some fun games. A newsletter with details will be sent out the first week of December. Standby for more information!
